Shipment

  • Location: We ship from Hong Kong. This means we are not responsible for import tax, your native country is.
  • Duration: Express delivery 2-3 days. Standard shipments 1-3 weeks. This does not include our packing and processing time.
  • Courier: Express packages will be shipped with UPS, standard and EMS shipments with SingPost.
  • Tracking: For standard packages, please refer to your local postal provider for fully up-to-date tracking info.

Payment

  • PayPal: The PayPal fees are carried by Team BlackSheep.
  • Wire: The person making the transaction must carry all bank charges.
  • Cryptocurrency: The person making the transaction must carry all network fees.
  • Software: Software purchases are not refundable.

Returns

  • Process: If you are not happy for whatever reason please get in touch with us through our contact form and we will initiate a return.
  • Warranty: Damages caused by crashes or mistreatment will not be replaced but we do offer a free repair service. Postage fees are not included.
